**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A **SAP BUSINESS OBJECTS ADMINISTRATOR / DEVELOPER****JOB TITLE: SAP BUSINESS OBJECTS ADMINISTRATOR / DEVELOPER****FUNCTION: DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTION****CITY & COUNTRY: MONTERREY, MEXICO****ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Administer the SAP Business Objects Universe - monitor/maintain/enhance/migrate- Work with client areas to design and create new reports/dashboards in SAP Business Objects- Respond to and collaborate on incidents in the OPS/R&D/Corporate data warehouse environment- Work independently to improve system performance and troubleshoot issues- Implement SAP Business Objects changes, which may require 3rd party technical support**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE****ESSENTIAL****Experience Required**- College degree in Computer Science/Engineering- 6 years’ experience with SAP Business Objects Report Development Administration- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Experience in SAP Business Objects Administration - Universe creation and maintenance- Experience in Web Intelligence and Business Objects report creation and maintenance- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and activity management skills- SQL - comfortable with complex stored procedures/functions- Software Development Life Cycle as it relates to SAP Business Objects reporting and configuration- Experience in a government regulated environment with high data integrity standards**BENEFICIAL**- Experience with report development using SAP Analytics Cloud, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Tableau is a plus- Reporting UI/UX, Story Telling, Design Thinking, Agile Development Methodology Understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
