Job Responsibilities: Be familiar with and interpret local customs import and export preferential policies, handle related tax exemptions and customs clearance qualifications. Review and verify declaration data, establish an import/export data management and archiving system to ensure accurate and traceable declarations. Lead local customs compliance inspections and establish mechanisms to respond to customs audits, and improve internal processes. Coordinate the system requirements for customs-related IT modules, and plan the construction of a customs clearance system. Ensure that overseas customs management and procedures comply with local customs regulatory policies, and develop and improve internal customs operation standards and process manuals. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in customs management, international trade, logistics, supply chain management, law, finance, or economics. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiar with customs laws and regulations, international trade policies, and import/export business processes. Strong cross-departmental communication skills, able to efficiently coordinate with customs, logistics, finance, and other departments. Proficient in Spanish and English, with strong abilities in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Based in Mexico City at the beginning, and may be transferred to other cities as the factory develops.
