Job Title

Responsible for the assigned area and for coordinating the activities of a group of Direct Operators and Group Leaders to ensure the execution of the manufacturing schedule based on the production plan, meeting volume, quality, cost, and safety standards. Resolves any production-related issues in coordination with all support areas. The Production Supervisor is accountable for achieving manufacturing goals.KEY RESPONSABILITIES:  Manage and supervise direct personnel. Execute the manufacturing schedule based on the production plan. Monitor and enforce safety rules and ensure compliance among team members. Generate cost-saving project ideas. Perform problem analysis and implement effective solutions. Manage inventory control within the assigned area. Conduct engineering reviews. Ensure proper shift handover according to established criteria. Guarantee adherence to established processes by all team members. Prepare daily production reports using assigned tools. Understand, participate in, and support all assigned continuous improvement projects. Implement and maintain the 5S culture within the manufacturing area. Foster a positive and trusting work environment through close engagement with team members. Comply with quality policy guidelines and actively work toward achieving relevant quality objectives. Perform work safely, efficiently, and ethically. Carry out additional activities assigned by management to support company operations. MUST HAVE:  5 years of experience in similar position, experience with microsoft packages, SAP, experience managing employees and managing manufacturing processes, intermeadiate english level.
