We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Web Sales Agent to join our commercial team. You will be the primary point of contact for our digital leads, converting online inquiries into closed sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Promptly attend to and qualify prospects coming from our website, social media, and other digital platforms. Technical Consulting: Provide detailed information regarding our products, including dimensions, finishes, recommended uses, and inventory availability. Quoting & Follow-up: Prepare accurate price quotes and maintain consistent follow-up until the sale is finalised. Sales Logistics: Coordinate with the production and warehouse departments to verify lead times, stock levels, and material transfers between locations. Client Relations: Maintain professional and fluid communication with architects, designers, and end customers to ensure a premium buying experience. Requirements: Digital Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and professional email etiquette. Communication: Exceptional writing and grammar skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical processes clearly. Language: Professional English proficiency (capable of business conversations and professional writing). Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with excellent time management skills and a focus on hitting targets.
