Short descriptionWe are looking for a highly experiencedCorporate PML Managerto lead procurement, materials, and logistics strategies at a corporate level, ensuring continuity of supply, operational efficiency, and alignment with global standards. This role focuses on strategic leadership, supplier development, and continuous improvement across offshore and construction projects.Function descriptionAsCorporate PML Manager , you will be responsible for defining and implementing procurement and supply chain strategies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will lead national PML teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with commercial and technology departments to optimize resources and deliver value.Key Responsibilities:  ▪ Lead procurement, materials, and logistics strategies aligned with corporate objectives. ▪ Ensure continuity of supply and efficiency across the entire value chain. ▪ Approve supplier selection and negotiate contracts outside Category Management scope. ▪ Develop strategies to improve supplier performance and cost efficiency. ▪ Collaborate with commercial and technology teams to define product/service specifications. ▪ Manage audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. ▪ Provide mentorship and coaching to PML teams nationwide.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Supply Chain focus).Experience: Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in PML, preferably in large organizations (headcount > 1,000). Offshore and construction experience is a plus. Professional certifications in supply chain management preferred. Technical Skills: Category Management and procurement strategies. Microsoft Office proficiency and data analysis. Market trend evaluation and competitive analysis. Soft Skills: Leadership and strategic vision. Decision-making and problem-solving. Excellent communication and teamwork. Ability to manage change and drive results.
