Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 8–10 years of experience in Facilities Operations, including proven leadership. Professional English proficiency. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience driving operational improvements, cost optimization, and risk management initiatives.
