Job Purpose: Assure the correct execution of payroll for Employees, maintain data updated and clean. Maintain a continuous improvement process. Maintain confidentiality of information and decision-making based on analysis of information Responsibilities include the following: Assure the correct manage of information (Electronic & Physical) Execute in System the management of Employees Prepare and Calculate Payroll Process Communication with Government Institutes (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot) Advise to the Employees in payroll process, Social Security, Housing and all regarding Payroll Management Continuous improvements implementation Manage Payroll Process According Company Policies Communication with internal Departments as finance, production etc. regarding Payroll Process Coordinate Employees who have person in charge to maintain an accurate in Payroll Process Any other activities related in the position Qualifications: Bachelor degree, Business Management, Accounting or related field of study Experience at least 5 years as a payroll specialist Experience managing IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot Knowledge and managing of SUA System Managing of Payroll System (TRESS System as a plus) Knowledge of Labor Federal Law, Social Security Law Competencies: Follow up Company Policies Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity Communication Skills Analytical thinking
