The Sales Research team plays a key role in supporting TWDC’s commercial strategy by delivering data‑driven insights, market intelligence and consumer understanding that strengthen sales narratives and increase the value offered to advertisers. Through a combination of strong analytical capabilities, syndicated data sources, solid research methodologies and collaboration with multiple business areas, the team helps unlock opportunities across all platforms including linear TV, streaming, digital, events and more.The person in this role will lead ad hoc research projects and deliver both quantitative and qualitative analyses, leveraging syndicated tools and proprietary studies to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions across internal stakeholders and commercial clients.The Sr. Analyst, Ad Measurement & Insights will be responsible for:Develop research‑driven insights to refine the sales narrative for streaming services, directly supporting commercial strategiesProvide data‑backed information to support advertising sales across Streaming, Linear TV, Digital, Events and moreUse qualitative and quantitative data to position TWDC platforms as strong, revenue‑generating media environmentsLead ad hoc research initiatives with external vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and high‑quality executionInterpret data and create compelling storylines in presentations that drive internal understanding and external persuasionMonitor, analyze and synthesize insights from syndicated tools (such as GWI, Comscore, Kantar), social listening and primary researchRepresent the research team in meetings with internal stakeholders and clients, helping shape measurement‑based solutionsDesign and present studies on campaign effectiveness and brand impact, using methodologies such as Brand Lift, creative testing and segmentationStrategic presentations tailored to internal teams and client needsInsight‑driven storytelling that clearly communicates commercial valueSales arguments and audience segmentation narratives using tools such as TGI, GWI, Kantar and ComscoreCampaign measurement reports using Brand Lift, Attention Metrics and other methodologiesAd hoc documents supporting commercial planning, pitch development and post‑campaign analysisWhat we need from you to be part of this story:4+ years of proven experience in media research, consumer insights, or marketing analyticsDegree in Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics or related fieldsAdvanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken are mandatory)Measurement tools: intermediate knowledge of campaign tools such as Brand Lift studies, Attention Metrics, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and creative testingFamiliarity with syndicated research platforms such as TGI, GWI, Comscore, Kantar Cross‑Platform View, Adobe Analytics, etc.Strong ability to translate business needs into research designs and actionable insightsAdvanced storytelling and data visualization skills with strong business relevanceExcellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and commercial stakeholdersAbility to coordinate and prioritize multiple research projects simultaneouslyAdditional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
