We are currently seeking a talented Senior Automotive Designer to join our team and lead innovative, high-quality automotive component design projects. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and optimizing complex designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all components meet the necessary standards. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior designers, sharing your experience and knowledge to foster their professional growth. Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive design. Proficiency in design software such as Siemens NX, TeamCenter, SimSolid, and CAE. Solid knowledge of plastics and electrical component design. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Advanced English is required. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus. Responsibilities: Lead interior and exterior design activities with minimal supervision. Conduct structural performance evaluations using Altair's SimSolid. Review and validate junior designers' work to ensure accuracy and compliance. Contribute ideas during design reviews to guarantee quality from the outset. Coordinate with suppliers regarding manufacturability and cost optimization. Participate in presentations with design managers and design launch engineers.
