Extrusion Process ExpertLocation: MexicoJob Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Extrusion Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in EPDM extrusion processes. You will be responsible for operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting extrusion equipment and processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.Key Responsibilities:- Creation, Implementation and Compliance with Extrusion Standards - Searching for new solutions to meet customer requirements with a focus on In-line solutions. - Optimization of current solutions (Proposing modifications to current solutions) - Design and implementation of extrusion tool modifications. - Monitor process parameters and adjust settings to optimize quality and productivity - Identify and resolve technical issues during extrusion processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and engineering - Participate in continuous improvement activities and process innovationRequired Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in extrusion technology - Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Project Management incl. project responsibility - Working knowledge of Catia software for checking and modifying extrusion tools. - Communicative level of English (both spoken and written) - Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a problem-solving mindset - Willingness to travel based on project or internal customers' needsPreferred Attributes:- Strong technical background in EPDM extrusion Static and Dynamic profiles. - Team player with good communication - Open to learning and adapting in a dynamic production environment - Decision-making based on facts - Common sense and perception of context
