This is meaningful, connected work on a global stage, with the backing of a company built for the future and a robust benefits package designed to support your growth, well‑being, and life beyond work.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate operations to meet production schedules, product standards, and operational costs.Prepare production, personnel, and financial reports to achieve production goals.Establish operating policies and procedures to achieve production schedules, product standards, and operational costs.Coordinate multiple manufacturing functions within a facility.Lead human resources, manage material, equipment, and machinery in the production area to achieve company goals.Coordinate personnel activities for daily production, DGRs, 5S program, production program management, on‑time deliveries, scrap management, FPY, absenteeism, and rotation.Develop strategies to maintain expected performance, promote continuous improvement, and establish communication and effective interaction with various departments.Organize and direct work teams to solve problems such as customer complaints, corrective actions, bottlenecks, using formal methodologies (e.g., A3 Methodology).Ensure safety conditions of areas meet required standards related to tools, equipment, environment, and work processes.Participate and support continuous improvement projects and new business strategies.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.How to Apply Are you an innovator?
