Senior Field Sales - Ground & Rail Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within logistics; experience with Ground transportation is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts and leading complex negotiations. Strong understanding of transportation, logistics operations, and market dynamics for Ground services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Advanced English Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities for Ground transportation services. Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring long-term relationships and profitable business outcomes. Prepare and deliver quotations, commercial proposals, and logistics solutions aligned with customer needs and internal pricing policies. Lead complex negotiations with clients to secure competitive and profitable agreements. Analyze sales data, market trends, KPIs, and customer feedback to generate insights and recommendations for commercial improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Ground Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless service execution. Monitor commercial and operational performance, identifying risks and coordinating corrective actions. Prepare business reviews, sales reports, forecasts, and executive presentations for management. Support the implementation of new programs, pricing initiatives, and commercial projects within the Ground division. Represent the company at customer meetings, business reviews, trade shows, and industry events.
