About the role We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by generating qualified meetings through outbound and inbound outreach. This role is focused on research, outreach, and strong follow-up. Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts and decision-makers. Respond to inbound leads and schedule meetings. Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM. Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and results. Requirements 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B. Strong English communication skills (advanced). Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach. Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot or similar). Organized, persistent, and coachable. Nice to have Experience in services, BPO, healthcare, legal, or tech environments.
