As a Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) Site Engineer at Ford Motor Company, you are a key technical interface between Ford and its supply base, accountable for ensuring flawless program launches and robust ongoing production support.This role focuses on suppliers in EDS (Electrical Distribution System) wire harness in low voltage and/or high voltage commodity, manufacturing readiness, risk mitigation, capacity assurance, and compliance with Ford's quality and performance requirements.  At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress.
