Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings of delivery station layouts, including equipment, workspaces, and infrastructure. Design Development: Develop comprehensive designs that meet current standards and align with future design initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Design Engineers, CAD drafters, external architects, and stakeholders to deliver complete and approved design sets. Stakeholder Engagement: Review and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on permit sets, structural drawings, elevations, floorplans to address design-related inquiries. Quality Assurance: Participate in peer reviews following established checklists ensuring zero-defect outputs in all delivered designs.
