We are looking for a Full-Stack (Java React AWS) with strong experience in Java, microservices, and cloud-native development (AWS preferred). You will work on scalable, high-quality solutions in a collaborative, agile environment. Modality: Remote ️ English Level: Advanced (B2/C1) Position Type: Full-time Responsibilities Develop backend services in Java using Spring Boot Design and implement microservices architectures Contribute to frontend development using React Build and deploy cloud-native solutions, preferably on AWS Improve code quality, performance, and maintainability Participate in code reviews and system design discussions Requirements 5 years of experience with Java (Core) Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot and REST APIs Hands-on experience with microservices Experience with React Cloud experience (AWS preferred) Solid understanding of OOP, system design, and design patterns What We Offer: Compensation: MXN Gross Salary, performance-based bonuses, 1-month Christmas bonus, welcome kit, home office set-up bonus of 300 USD.
