These individuals will support IT recruiting for Dematic/KION in Mexico. We are looking for talent advisors who can drive positive change for the business with the ability to problem solve to achieve goals, provide customer support, and work with cross-functional teams.These are fixed-term, hybrid roles located in Guadalupe.We offer:Career Development Competitive Compensation and Benefits Pay Transparency Global Opportunities Learn More Here: Tasks and Qualifications:This Is What You Will Do in This Role: Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment process for business-critical project Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers Operate as a trusted partner and advisor, building a thorough understanding of the various role requirements and desired candidate profile Build pipelines for potential applicants based on recruitment strategies Utilize technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract candidates Engage in active sourcing and recruiting for qualified candidates utilizing various search tools, processes, and strategy Proactively source, screen, interview and select qualified candidates for current and future business openings What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field Minimum 2 years’ recruiting in a technical organization or space Experience and knowledge recruiting in IT: applications (SAP), infrastructure/ops, cyber security and business partnering ATS experience; Workday is strongly preferred External network of recruitment experts and resources Experience using social media to identify and attract candidates, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Experience in a high-paced environment with the ability to multi-task Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
