Job Description

Ventes has teamed up with a leading hospitality partner and is currently looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join their growing digital marketing team. This role will be a key supporting member of the digital team and will be individually responsible for developing and executing cost-per-click (CPC) media strategies, managing media budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives aligned with individual hotels’ goals. Qualifications 5 years of digital marketing experience required, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry 3 years of hands-on experience executing paid search media on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong understanding of CPC campaign structures and optimization tactics Proven ability to identify and execute optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance Ability to deliver insightful campaign performance analysis, both written and verbal Experience managing a large portfolio of campaigns Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of Google Analytics Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager Key Responsibilities Implement paid media strategies, manage media budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives Leverage Google Ads and Bing Ads to manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns and analyze trends to provide actionable insights to stakeholders Continuously identify and execute campaign optimization opportunities to drive performance and efficiency Apply a data-driven approach to CPC campaign optimization and budget allocation Collaborate with a talented team of digital marketing, data, and technology professionals Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met Identify and communicate digital and paid media trends impacting the travel and hospitality industry
