Our team is seeking a Payroll Operations Manager to lead the payroll operations department. This role will be responsible for managing a team of payroll professionals and ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and delivery of three legal entities of Mexican payroll processing. Manage a team to ensure all payroll responsibilities are met, including but not limited to: Determining and controlling other benefits such as food coupons, grocery coupons, car allowance etc Calculating payments for monthly state tax with every legal entity Appropriate withholding federal income taxes, social security retirement (SAR) Government housing program INFONAVIT Determine initiate paymentsofmonthlypayrollwithholding Resolve discrepancies or issues with appropriate government offices ,
