HCLTech has announced the opening of a role for an NPI Engineer. This position will be based onsite in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua. Job Responsibilities Perform process validations as required: IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV, Software Validation; generate protocols and test reports to ensure equipment and production lines meet industry standards. Support production floor with training activities, conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to minimize downtime and optimize financial performance. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of manufacturing documents including TRs, Control Plans, MS sheets and set up procedures. Additionally they must be able to work collaboratively across departments including Quality Manufacturing Finances Planning Equipment inventory management is also a requirement along with maintenance scheduling experience Non-Conformance resolution is expected from this person Execution implementation engineering projects requires strong technical documentation skills The ability to release accurate engineering documents bill materials safely represents another key duty.
