Find a job you’ll love today!Position Purpose:The Lead - Video editor will responsible to maintain all video assets of the in-house studio of Everise. Collaborate with video and content writers, graphic designers, marketers, technical experts, and external partners to produce high-quality and engaging video content for our global stakeholders.Job Requirements: Pre-Production and Shoots Execute video shoots including interviews, testimonials, product highlights, b-roll, and event coverage Set up and operate cameras, lighting kits, and audio equipment during production days Direct and guide subjects onsite to ensure clear and natural delivery of messaging Coordinate locations, schedules, and equipment needs for each shoot Prepare basic shot lists and creative direction prior to filmingPost-Production Edit footage using professional video editing software Perform color grading, audio leveling, and sequencing Deliver short-form and long-form video formats for web and social platforms Revise deliverables based on stakeholder feedback Organize raw footage and maintain structured file archivesMotion Graphics Create motion graphics, animated titles, intros, and lower thirds Design visual overlays and basic effects to elevate videos Support customizable animation templates for recurring contentQualifications: At least 2 years of experience in videography with a portfolio demonstrating real video shootsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing toolsProficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphicsStrong understanding of composition, lighting, and audio captureAbility to manage end-to-end video creation from shoot to final deliveryCreative storytelling mindsetCollaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Time management and attention to detail Ability to work independently during shoots Strong file organization practicesIf you’ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, we look forward to hearing from you.
