Security Manager (Asset Protection & Compliance) Position Summary The Security Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all asset protection, physical security, compliance, and risk‑mitigation strategies across a large‑scale Foxconn campus. This role ensures full compliance with OEA , CTPAT , and internal/external audit requirements, while safeguarding employees, facilities, materials, and company assets. The position requires strong leadership, bilingual communication, and extensive experience in investigations and coordination with local authorities. Key Responsibilities Lead all security and asset protection operations across a multi‑building manufacturing campus. Ensure full compliance with OEA, CTPAT, and corporate security standards. Manage internal and external security audits, implement corrective actions, and maintain certification readiness. Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. Oversee access control, perimeter security, CCTV, visitor management, and contractor controls. Conduct and supervise investigations related to theft, misconduct, incidents, and policy violations. Collaborate with local law enforcement and government authorities to support investigations and ensure regulatory compliance. Lead and develop the security team, including supervisors, guards, and contracted personnel. Monitor and mitigate risks related to personnel, facilities, logistics, and high‑value assets. Prepare security reports and KPIs for senior leadership. Support business continuity and crisis management efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed in Security, Criminology, Law, Engineering, or related field. Bilingual proficiency (English–Spanish) – strong written and verbal communication. 5–10+ years of experience in corporate security, asset protection, or risk management. Proven experience with OEA and CTPAT programs, including audits and certification processes. Strong background in investigations, evidence handling, and case documentation. Experience coordinating with local authorities (police, customs, government agencies). Leadership experience managing large teams in high‑volume manufacturing environments. Knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, perimeter protection). Preferred Qualifications Experience in multinational manufacturing environments. Certification in security or compliance (ASIS, CPP, PCI, CPO, Lean/Six Sigma). Experience with crisis management and emergency response. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
