This role is critical to elevating the organization’s global capability to pilot, validate, and launch product innovations that deeply resonate with consumers, win with retailers, and gain traction in markets.You’ll work across functions—R&D, marketing, innovation, sales, trade marketing, and beyond—to create success stories and repeatable systems that help our company become best-in-class at translating ideas into impact. Special attention will be placed on the development of evolutionary innovations that expand brands into new product categories or consumer markets—often requiring capabilities and ways of working to stretch beyond the norm.Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Pilots that Drive Learning and Confidence Run early-phase product tests and in-market pilots—from quick, scrappy experiments to more structured trials. Define success upfront, collect the right insights, and use them to inform go/no-go decisions. Apply what’s learned to refine the product and strengthen its launch plan. Build systems and tools that make piloting easier and more routine for teams across the business. 2. Guide Ideas into the Market Without Losing Their Essence Stay close to the core insight and intention behind each innovation that moves forward. Make sure the final product stays true to its original vision, even as it adapts to operational realities. Be a trusted partner to R&D, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Brand teams during development. Track progress, help unblock issues, and keep momentum alive for innovations in motion. 3. Build a Better Process for Big Leaps Use live projects to identify friction points and uncover better ways of working. Help shape a more effective, repeatable approach for bringing breakthrough products to market—especially those that stretch a brand into new categories or audiences. Share success stories and tools that inspire and equip others across the organization. 4. Inspire a Culture of Test-and-Learn Champion experimentation and learning as a path to smarter decisions and stronger outcomes. Model a balanced approach that mixes creativity, collaboration, commercial thinking, and consumer empathy. Coach teams and embed innovation practices into everyday work, helping build lasting capability.What We’re Looking For 8–12 years of experience in product innovation, go-to-market strategy, or brand/portfolio development in food, CPG, or a related industry. Proven track record of leading products from idea to launch with measurable business success. Systems thinker who thrives in complexity and loves building cross-functional bridges. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration. Strong communicator who can influence across levels—from frontline teams to executive leadership.
