The Compliance Operations Technical Leader is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of the Compliance Operations team. This role acts as the bridge between strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring high-quality delivery across third-party risk assessments, risk register management, audit evidence collection, and privacy compliance initiatives. This leader drives continuous process improvement, mentors and develops analysts, and serves as the technical escalation point for complex compliance and risk matters across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead, assign, monitor, and review the work of compliance analysts. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to support team growth and performance. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality. Experience 4–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit support. At least 1 year in a senior analyst or team lead role. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA. Hands-on experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools. Skills Proven ability to mentor and technically guide team members. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
