As an interpreter, you will provide Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services Laptop or desktop with Windows 11 or newer, Apple or Linux OS (Intel i5 8th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM). USB headset with microphone (black, with a headband) for clear audio communication Stable internet connection via Ethernet cable . Wi-Fi is not allowed Webcam with a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (for video interpretation sessions). Responsibilities: Accurately interpret customer service information between English and Spanish. Assist doctors and healthcare providers with patients who do not speak English. Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with company policies. Provide high-quality service and positive interactions with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
