Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers in Professional Services (HR services, consulting firms, benefits providers, payroll vendors). Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess capabilities, and benchmark pricing and service levels. Prepare and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for Professional Services engagements. Analyze proposals, compare options, and provide recommendations based on total cost, quality, and risk. Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and terms & conditions with suppliers in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders. Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment with company policies and budgets. Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and reporting for management review. Stay informed about market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory requirements in the professional services domain. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, or related field. 2–4 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally in professional services (HR, consulting, payroll, benefits). Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement tools or ERPs. Fluent in (English/Spanish) depending on location requirements.
