Job Description

The Technical Support and Services Technician will be a main point of contact for any IT related issues as they come into our help desk. The Technical Support and Services Technician is responsible for having strong customer service skills. They will act as the front line answering all technical related questions in a timely manner.PRIMARY DUTIES: Troubleshoot and resolve desktop (full Windows and thin client) issues Build and deploy new/replacement desktops and thin clients for users Assist Senior-level engineers in resolving advanced/high-complexity issues Provide "remote hands" support for Desktop, Communications, Network, Security and Server teams from multiple organizations. Monitor and report on environmental and mechanical issues that could impact day-to-day IT operations SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Monday- Friday 7am - 4pm STARTING RATE: $35,000 MXN DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: At least 3-5 years experience supporting Windows desktops Experience performing advanced network troubleshooting and CAT5/6 cabling Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Experience with Windows Server products a plus Experience with Cisco switching/routing a plus Must be a strong English speaker Must be extremely detail-oriented Must have a team-oriented attitude Valid Visa and Passport ***This document is a job posting, it is not a job description***
