E-commerce a Delivery ManagerRemote – Mexico Full-time | Permanent Payroll: 32K MXN – 35K MXN | Direct: 38K MXN – 42K MXN We are seeking a highly organized and technically fluent E-commerce a Delivery Manager! This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple ecommerce store builds simultaneously, and enjoys being both strategic and hands‐on. Key Responsibilities Project manage multiple B2B ecommerce store builds from planning through launch. Create and maintain project timelines, tasks, milestones, and site maps. Lead client-facing status calls and send clear, professional recap communications. Coordinate with the development team to track and resolve tickets, bugs, or updates. Oversee the Ecommerce inbox, triaging requests and assigning tasks to the team. Support product uploads, category creation, configuration, and QA testing during high‐volume periods. Perform thorough testing before and after launch to ensure full site functionality. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support Center, and Operations. Identify workflow improvements and support scaling processes across the ecommerce department. Requirements 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, project management, or digital production workflows. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, templated site structures, and B2B environments. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios. Comfortable coordinating with technical teams and understanding basic technical concepts. Basic HTML knowledge (required). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Nice to Have Experience with Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools. Background in B2B ecommerce, print production, or promotional products. Experience supporting light technical troubleshooting or IT requests. Familiarity with analytics, workflow optimization, or digital QA processes. Work Schedule 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Availability during core business hours is required.
