ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to: Maintenance legal file controls of documents generated by CommScope’s domestic entities. This information could be related for example with suppliers, customers, brokers, and carriers; in addition, the own information related with contracts, powers of attorney, permits, certification documents, audit documents, procedures, etc., legal record keeping should be available by the U.S. or Mexican authorities.Carry out process and permits with government dependencies related with the Import & Export trade compliance, such as R8, RAOCE, RO, A30, IVA e IEPS, OEA.Attend requirements and requested as necessary.Provide the support to internal and external customers, focusing to ensure the trade compliance, regulations, and procedures.Attend internal audits to assure our domestic entities is according with the Import & Export compliance regulations established by government dependencies, such as C-TPAT, SAT, SE and/or ANAM.Attend external audits to assure our customers is according with Import & Export compliance regulations established by government dependencies, such as C-TPAT, SAT, SE and/or ANAM.As results of the audits, corrective and prevention actions could be implemented, and follow-up activities is monitoring.Responsible to daily review the notifications coming from VUCEM, SAT, SNICE, ANAM, DOF and provide feedback to Import & Export regional team. Related Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Finance, Administration or similarPreferably one or 3 years of experience in trade compliance areasBilingualTeamworkManagement of conflictsAnalytical skillsKnowledge MS Office (Included SAP)Knowledge Annex 24 and Annex 30Knowledge of basic and advanced Import & Export programs such as: IMMEX, PROSEC, OEA, IVA-IEPS, C-TPAT, NOM’sKnowledge of Harmonize Tariff ScheduleAbility to working across departments and/or cross functional personnel located at multiple facilities within MexicoInterpersonal skills and decision-making are essential
