We're looking for a Human Resources Supervisor who will play a key role in driving efficient HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and strengthening employee engagement across the organization. This role has national scope and close collaboration with the LATAM HR regional team, offering the opportunity to influence HR strategy while staying hands-on with core processes such as payroll, recruitment, talent development, and employee relations. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training processes aligned with corporate standards. Oversee payroll and compensation administration, ensuring compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISR. Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations and internal HR policies. Manage performance evaluations and talent development initiatives. Drive organizational culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives. Support labor relations, handling employee incidents and fostering positive workplace relationships. Track and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, training hours) and propose improvements. Participate in HR budget planning and control. Promote digital transformation within HR to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Collaborate on regional LATAM HR projects and initiatives. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role. Intermediate English (required). Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR). Solid experience in payroll, compensation, recruitment, and talent development. Comfortable working with HR metrics, data analysis, and Excel (intermediate–advanced). Experience using HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, CONTPAQi, or similar).
