Follow-up to PFMEA and floor control plans Follow-up to Prevent and Assure Keep your staff trained, qualified and certified in the operations of the line Compliance with the quality operating system. Implement quality plans for new launches and design changes implementation Monitor KPI’s related to Quality Customer first contact and follow up Ensure customer complaint quality protocol to be follow Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements Must Haves (Basic Qualifications): Bachelor's degree Bilingual Spanish and English 3+ years' experience as a quality supervisor in an automotive manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Ensure compliance in the process of solving problems and responding to the client in time Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Process.
