Your Job Molex is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our CSBU production team. In this role, you will lead the night shift production operation, managing line leaders and operators, while driving continuous improvement efforts. You will collaborate closely with the production team, Process Engineering (PE), Quality, Testing and Assembly teams to deliver operational excellence focused on Safety, Quality, Productivity and Daily Management. Our Team You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional production team that works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This team thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. What You Will Do Lead and supervise production teams during the night shift to consistently meet or exceed production targets. Coach, train, and develop line leaders and operators to enhance team performance and engagement. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain smooth workflow. Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and other departments to support operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production efficiency and operational excellence. Maintain consistent leadership and communication across a rotating shift schedule when required. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (provisional certificate or incomplete studies are accepted). Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Effective communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams and departments. Experience working in shift-based roles, preferably with rotating schedules. Demonstrated commitment and adaptability, with the willingness to occasionally rotate shifts from Monday to Saturday to support continuous and efficient operations. Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team to achieve shared goals. Committed to maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and fostering strong Shopfloor discipline. What Will Put You Ahead Intermediate communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience leading night shift production operations or similar rotating shift environments. Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with production metrics related to Safety (S), Quality (Q), Productivity (P), and Daily Management (DM). Prior experience collaborating with Process Engineering and Production Material Control teams. Additionally, everyone has individual work and personal needs.
