The role involves strategic financial planning, overseeing budgeting processes, tracking financial performance, and reporting to stakeholders. The successful candidate will analyze financial data, forecast trends, and contribute to decision-making processes to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Collaboration with various departments and ensuring compliance with regulations will also be part of the daily tasks.Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting Experience with strategic planning and developing financial strategies Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and projects Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus Experience in the real estate or development sector will be considered an advantage
