Requirements Required Qualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles Prior experience as a CIO, VP of IT, or equivalent senior technology executive Strong background in enterprise application platforms, data systems, and integrations Proven experience leading technology organizations in complex, regulated environments Demonstrated ability to scale technology platforms to support business growth and enterprise customers Deep understanding of data governance, reporting, and analytics Strong executive communication and leadership skills Proven ability to align technology strategy with business outcomes Experience managing large budgets, portfolios, and vendor relationships MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field is required Must pass background check and preemployment drug screenings Must be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a diverse work force Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical services, life sciences, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries Experience overseeing platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives Background in data platform modernization and analytics transformation Experience leading security and compliance programs (SOC, DSCSA, HITRUST, HIPPA, or similar frameworks) The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at PharmaLink is responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall technology and information strategy to support business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and enterprise customer enablement. This role provides executive leadership across application platforms, data, infrastructure, security, delivery governance, and IT operations.
