We are looking for a Presales Manager with a strong background in telecom engineering and fluency in both English and Spanish. Proven work experience in the telecommunications industry, with engineering expertise in core network platforms, SMS & signaling, or voice firewalls. Fluent English and Fluent Spanish are required. Portuguese proficiency is a plus. Strong knowledge of SS7, SMPP, SIP, CAMEL, CAMARA protocols. Experience with Unix-based operating systems is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Power BI. Ability to support projects across different time zones.
