Our client is scaling rapidly across emerging markets in LATAM and Asia, and is hiring their first Head of Sales for LATAM. This is a director-level, quota-carrying leadership role for a hands-on builder who thrives in complex, technical enterprise sales environments. This role owns regional revenue and plays a defining role in building the company’s sales engine in the region.The successful candidate will combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution in complex enterprise sales environments. This exceptional individual will: Own and drive full-cycle enterprise sales across LATAM, from prospecting to close. Build/manage a regional pipeline across fintechs, lenders, telcos and device-financing players. Lead complex sales processes involving technical integrations and external partners. Develop/execute on the regional GTM strategy, identifying high-ROI verticals and segments. Build and grow senior-level client relationships, including C-suite stakeholders. Expand existing accounts through renewals, upsells, and new use cases. Partner closely with product, onboarding and leadership teams to refine value prop, continue to optimize pricing strategy and scale client adoption. Maintain disciplined forecasting, revenue reporting and CRM hygiene. Ideal Profile: 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in LATAM. Strong background selling technology: software, telecom, hardware or infrastructure solutions. Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, including contracts of $500k+ ARR. Experience selling into fintechs, financial institutions, telcos, OEMs or adjacent ecosystems. Comfortable with technical sales conversations involving integrations, APIs and mobile devices. Hunter mentality with strong closing instincts. Metrics-driven operator with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management. High EQ with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments. Pragmatic, structured thinker who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced settings.
