This position is part of the Finance, Accounting and Controlling department and includes jobs primarily concerned with Strategic and operational controlling, cost analysis of operative processes and investments and the related management reporting, for a range of business organization units. What you can look forward to as Senior Financial Analyst: Supervise the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely records in accordance with IFRS. Ensure full compliance with internal controls related to Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. Lead and/or manage internal and external audits, addressing findings immediately. Keep accounting policies and procedures up to date, ensuring operational compliance. Prepare financial and operational reports with comparative analysis (actual vs. budget, month vs. month, etc.) and executive recommendations. Support in additional functions, such as preparation of INEGI reports. Your Profile as Senior Financial Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English (80%). 5 years of experience in Finance (A/R, Fixed Assets), Controllership (Internal Controls, SOX), and General Accounting (IFRS, monthly and annual closings) within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP (preferred), Oracle, JD Edwards. Professional ethics and strong compliance focus.
