We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing international organization. This role will be key in managing strategic recruitment processes and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Design and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with business needs. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple levels and functions, from role intake to hiring. - Publish job openings and manage digital and traditional sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, universities, among others). - Conduct interviews in Spanish and English, assessing technical competencies, soft skills, and cultural fit. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance in hiring decision-making. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. - Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness). - Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events. - Manage offer processes, hiring, onboarding, and follow-up for new hires. - Maintain up-to-date talent pools, job descriptions, and records within the ERP system. - Support offboarding processes and exit interviews when required.Requirements- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. - Advanced English (mandatory). - Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple openings simultaneously. - Strong ability to collaborate with internal leaders and meet hiring deadlines. - High focus on candidate experience, organization, and data-driven decision-making.What We Offer- The opportunity to join a solid, fast-growing organization. - Exposure to strategic, high-impact recruitment processes. - Professional growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment. - Competitive compensation package aligned with experience.
