Validate their ownership and control description using a comprehensive excel list.• Transfer those documented controls, their owners and their control descriptions into ServiceNow.• Trigger the confirmation in the ServiceNow module.• Send a corresponding ‘how to’ email to control owners. Answer any questions they may have via Teams IM, email or phone call.• Monitor their compliance responses.
