Key Responsibilities: · Develop and deploy GenAI applications using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Agentic Frameworks, and finetuning techniques tailored to financial services. · Utilize Azure cloud services to ensure scalable and efficient data processing and analysis. · Apply Python programming to create innovative solutions and automate complex workflows. · Implement machine learning techniques, with an emphasis on tree-based models such as Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting. · Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide strategic guidance. · Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for technology-driven enhancements and articulate value propositions. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science with a focus on building GenAI applications. · Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and Python programming. · Desirable background in machine learning, particularly tree-based models. · Full professional fluency in English (C1) is mandatory. · Former consulting experience is strongly desirable. · Advanced communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented approach. · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also thriving independently. · Experience managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations. · Adaptability and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies. · Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
