About the role As aCorporate Office Administrator , you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our corporate office in Monterrey. This position is essential for creating a seamless employee and visitor experience, coordinating with multiple internal teams, and supporting initiatives that strengthen our organizational culture. Your contributions will directly enhance the workplace environment and the overall Carrier employee experience. Key Responsibilities As aCorporate Office Administrator , you’ll be responsible for: Access control:Managing badges and vehicle access for employees, visitors, and vendors; coordinating special access needs with the Security team.New hire onboarding:Ensuring a smooth Day 1 experience by coordinating with Talent Acquisition, IT, HR Services, Training, and Facilities.Visitor management:Coordinating local transportation, meals, and meeting room reservations for national and international visitors, in partnership with global executive assistants.Space management:Overseeing hybrid schedules, updating seating charts and digital platforms, and developing strategies to optimize workspace use without compromising employee experience.Technology support coordination:Partnering with the IT team for equipment inventory, technology requests, and hardware refresh cycles.Internal event leadership:Organizing communication meetings, annual celebrations, birthday recognitions, and cultural-building activities.Vendor management:Coordinating with suppliers, creating purchase requisitions, and ensuring optimal stock of office materials and supplies.Maintenance oversight:Coordinating maintenance activities for HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and conducting cleaning service audits to ensure high standards.Leadership support:Responding to special requests from the leadership team and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.Key Success Indicators High employee satisfaction with office operationsContinuous improvement reflected in internal engagement and workplace surveysIncreased participation in internal events and initiativesEfficient management of space, resources, and service requestsRequirements We are looking for people who areproactive, service-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating a great workplace experience .
