Rackspace is hiring for a Service Delivery Manager with a background in security to support our strategic customers. As a Security SDM, you’ll be managing global managed security services accounts. If you live within a 40km radius of our Mexico City office we’d like for you to work in the office two days a week. If further than 40km you may work fully remote from one these states Monterey, Aguascalientes, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, or Queretaro. Produce data tracking and budget scope reporting for senior management Use security data, monitoring tools, and threat intelligence to inform insights and build the big picture Support senior management with the required decision-making on security initiatives and solutions Help teams with cross functional and interim – term development and transformation. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relatable field of study is preferred. Prefer candidates who have a cyber security certification such as either CISSP or ITIL V4. Must be proficient in both written and verbal communication using both the English and Spanish languages. Experience of managing the delivery of Security based managed services Azure Security Centre and Sentinel, Service Now, Power BI, Qualis, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel.
