This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager located in Monterrey, NLE. The Product Manager will oversee the development, design, and enhancements of the company's product lines. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product development, and managing product life cycles from conception to launch. The role also requires setting product strategies, aligning them with business goals, and consistently monitoring performance post-launch to implement improvements. Qualifications Strong skills in Product Development, Product Strategy, and Product Lifecycle Management Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Trend Assessment Experience with Team Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication Project Management and Problem-Solving abilities Knowledge of customer-focused product design and user experience Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in product management, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
