Responsibilities: Drive initiatives focused on improving the PPM quality metrics across the production line. Facilitate monthly meetings to assess production line KPIs, ensuring action plans are developed and implemented for continuous improvement. Analyze quality errors in the production line; organize meetings with relevant departmental personnel to develop and implement preventive measures. Lead QCC initiatives and ensure timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders. Engage in Gemba Kaizen activities focused on minimizing waste and enhancing automation processes. Participate in the analysis of customer complaints and conduct improvement experiments to enhance product quality. Handle other urgent tasks as required to ensure smooth operations. Work closely with the Supervisor to deploy best practices, ensuring the production line operates in accordance with quality specifications and productivity rates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Prior experience in production engineering, including PFMEA, troubleshooting, and automation, particularly within the Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) industry, is preferred. Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards is advantageous. Proficient in English, with strong skills in reading, writing, and speaking. Competent in using Excel and proficient in drafting and summarizing reports in Word and PowerPoint.
