As a Purchasing Intern , you will support the Purchasing Department by executing transactional purchasing activities while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role reports to the Associate Manager, Purchasing USCA, and works closely with Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, and other Buyers. What will you do: Process Purchase Orders based on approved Purchase Requisitions. Work to meet established KPI targets. Communicate with suppliers, when needed, to follow up on Purchase Orders and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain supplier contact information in internal systems and coordinate with Vendor Management to update vendor data when required. Ensure compliance with key purchasing policies and procedures. Liaise with Procurement Operations to resolve issues, risks, and dependencies related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, vendor communications, and vendor invoices. Work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Any prior procurement or purchasing experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Who you are: Customer-focused and service-oriented.
