Key Responsibilities: · Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. · Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. · Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive review. · Handle incoming and outgoing communications. · Organize and maintain electronic files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. · Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings. · Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team. · Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. · Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · High level of discretion and confidentiality. · Professional demeanor and appearance. · Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
