We're Hiring | Marketing Coordinator – Beauty & LuxuryGrupo AXO | Corporate At Grupo AXO, a leading company in fashion, beauty, and luxury retail, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of brand strategies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. What will you do? Coordinate the execution of the marketing plan for the assigned brands. Follow up on 360° marketing campaigns (digital, in-store, events, and communication). Develop briefs and coordinate activities with creative and digital agencies. Analyze campaign performance KPIs and propose continuous improvements. Support the execution of consumer communication and loyalty strategies. Coordinate brand launches and activations. Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Work closely with internal teams such as commercial, e-commerce, operations, and finance. Maintain constant communication with global teams, ensuring alignment and consistency. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, beauty, or luxury. Experience managing agencies and executing marketing campaigns. Advanced English is mandatory, as the role involves continuous interaction with global teams.
