We are looking for a Site Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance strategy across all production equipment. This role will drive equipment availability, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement while leading a high-performing maintenance team. What You'll Do Lead the site maintenance strategy (PM/PdM/CM) Manage maintenance budget (OPEX/CAPEX, spare parts, contractors) Improve asset reliability (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) Strengthen CMMS usage (SAP PM/Maximo/Infor) Lead RCAs and eliminate recurring failures Ensure full EHS compliance (LOTO, NOM STPS, audits) Develop and coach supervisors and technicians Support new equipment, transfers, and capacity expansion Drive TPM/Lean initiatives and continuous improvement Report weekly/monthly KPIs to plant leadership What You Bring Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial) 5+ years in industrial maintenance + 3+ years leading teams Strong background in automation, mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics CMMS experience (SAP PM / Maximo / Infor) Knowledge of TPM/Lean, RCA, FMEA English: Intermediate to advanced. Automotive industry experience Nice to Have: Six Sigma/Lean certification, PLC/robotics knowledge.
