We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Service Desk-Portuguese. Service Desk-Portuguese The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via telephone for customer end-users. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner. High school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a help desk or customer service role is necessary. Phone support experience is mandatory. Technical call center experience is also required. Additionally, the successful candidate must be willing to work in a 24/7 operation.
