Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and manage national agreements with insurance providers to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the handling of accident claims at authorized service centers (Back to Brand) for seamless resolution. Audit and certify body & paint shops for compliance with industry standards. Develop a comprehensive program that includes hands-on training sessions, workshops, or online tutorials tailored to the needs of dealerships staff members.
